Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your shipping information. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your preferences, and check out faster in the future.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS
All orders typically process within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We’re proud to serve customers worldwide from our Milwaukee warehouse. However, we’re unable to deliver to some remote areas in Asia and other locations. Our system will automatically check your address during checkout to confirm deliverability.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
What should I do if my package is delayed?
While we carefully select reliable carriers, occasional delays can happen, especially during peak seasons. If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at admin@sports-adidas.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
