Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note:

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order number required
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on kids’ underwear and socks. All other kids’ and men’s sportswear items are eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Refund Timeline:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method
  • Keeping your return tracking number
  • Insuring valuable items
International Returns: Customers outside the US may be subject to customs fees or import taxes which are non-refundable. Please check with your local customs office before returning.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Adidas sportswear arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately at admin@sports-adidas.com
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement

Note: This policy applies to purchases made directly through sports-adidas.com. For items purchased through third-party retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy.
